Elmira Community Kitchen

Hours:
Lunch is served: Monday, Tuesday (except the fourth Tuesday each month when Dinner is served), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and last Saturday of the month, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Dinner is served: the fourth Tuesday of the month, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Location: 160 High Street, Elmira, NY
(Saints Peter and Paul Church Community Center, near St. Joseph’s Hospital)

Closing Information:

  • If the Elmira City School District is closed because of ice/snow/other weather-related events, the Elmira Community Kitchen will be CLOSED and will not serve a meal that day.
  • We will reopen the next day to serve our scheduled meal if schools are open.
  • Please listen to the announcements about weather-related closings on local TV before coming out to the Elmira Community Kitchen when the weather is snowy or icy.
  • If it is already a school holiday/vacation when a snowstorm occurs, please check the TV for Kitchen closing information.
